Pricing discussed on this website is indicative and subject to change based on the specific requirements of your project. A final scope of work, timeline, and price is confirmed in writing (via email or a signed proposal) before any paid work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are billed via a deposit due before work starts, with the balance due on completion or per an agreed milestone schedule. Late payments may result in a pause of work until the account is brought current. Fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable, except where required by law.
You are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, images, and access credentials needed to complete your project. Delays in providing these may extend project timelines. You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or trademarks you provide us do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed in your proposal. Once you approve a deliverable in writing (including by email), it is considered final and any further changes may be billed as additional work.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final website design, custom code written specifically for your project, and content we create on your behalf transfers to you, except for:
