When something on your WordPress site breaks, you need someone who finds the cause, not someone who reinstalls plugins until the problem goes away. Our team has more than ten years of hands-on WordPress experience.
Common WordPress problems we work on every week.
Something stopped working after an update, or two plugins are fighting each other.
Warnings, deprecations or fatal errors after a PHP or WordPress version change.
“There has been a critical error”, blank pages, or a locked-out admin.
Forms that fail to submit, lose entries, skip notifications or attract spam.
Website emails that never arrive or land in spam. We check SMTP setup and SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.
Checkout errors, payment gateway failures, missing orders, stock or shipping problems.
CRMs, payment providers, shipping services or custom APIs that stopped syncing.
Broken links, missing media, mixed content or redirect issues after a move or host change.
We confirm the problem and collect evidence before changing anything.
Logs, recent changes, conflicts and server settings, checked one by one.
We explain the cause and the proposed fix, and the cost, before doing the work.
A backup comes first. Where possible, changes are tested on a staging copy.
We check the original problem and the features around it, such as forms, checkout and logins.
A short written summary of what we found, what we changed, and how to roll it back.
A specific bug, a broken form or integration, a migration issue, or a one-time performance problem. We quote once we understand the cause.
Sites that break often after updates, busy WooCommerce stores, or businesses that want a developer on call. See our maintenance plans.

Usually WordPress administrator access, and hosting or SFTP access when the problem is at server level. We only ask for what the job needs, and you can remove our access when we finish.
Yes. We back up before making changes and, where possible, test fixes on a staging copy before touching the live site.
We explain the cause and the proposed fix, with the cost, before doing the work. Larger or ongoing work is quoted separately.
